Loading Events

The first part of this workshop will be a physical practice. This will be exploratory and playful, and the interaction between participants will prepare them for the Transformational Breath® session. Following the breathwork session, a soft and personal movement practice will be offered in order to gently come back to the body and enhance the physical anchoring.

Transformational Breath® is a technique that utilises a conscious, connected and open breathing pattern at its core. It works on all aspects of our well-being and creates deep and lasting change. It increases physical vitality, resolves stress, anxiety and trauma, brings balance, inner peace and joy.

Workshop Leaders:

From high level athlete to movement explorer, Luc proposes to share his vast experience of the body, by taking the time to explore your physicality (corpo-reality). The proposed practices are intended to connect you to yourself with honesty and curiosity.

Alev is a certified Senior Trainer of The Transformational Breath® Foundation and is the founder of Breath&Light. Inspiring and supporting others in this profoundly deep and intimate journey of love and self-healing with the breath fascinates her and fills her with gratitude.
