Is there anything I need to do to before coming to a session ?
Please, wear loose and comfortable clothing and avoid having a heavy meal right before the session.
You can think about which issue you would like to address in your session and how you can formulate it in a positive way.
Each session is different, please have an open mind and try not to compare sessions.
What can I experience during a session?
Each session is different and it is not possible to predict exactly what kinds of sensations you will go through during a session. Tingling, vibration or numbness, dry-mouth, emotions of joy, anger, sadness, crying and laughing are all common patterns.
How many facilitated sessions do I need before being able to do a session on my own?
We are all different but usually it takes 6 to 8 facilitated sessions before you can practice Transformational Breath® on your own.
Should I breath Transformational Breath®, as I go about my daily business?
It is not recommended to use the circular breath pattern throughout the day but rather be aware of your breathing. It is important to make sure that you are using your full respiratory system without long pauses and without holding your breath. Practicing Transformational Breath® will enable you develop an awareness and you will begin noticing the times and circumstances that cause you to close your breath.
Is it all right to do more than one session a day?
It is also all right to do more than one session with a certified facilitator and once you know how to practice Transformational Breath® on your own, it is also all right to practice it more than once a day.
