Transformational Breath® is a safe yet very powerful self-help tool used by many thousands of people around the globe, for over forty years, in order to gain better physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Breathing is our first and last act in life yet we usually take its power for granted. Most of us use only a third of our breath capacity. Breath is our link with life but we don’t pay much attention to the quality of how we breathe.
Transformational Breath® teaches a full, relaxed, circular breathing pattern that helps us to open up the full potential of our breathing system. This natural and healthy way of conscious breathing has many benefits. Our energy levels increase; our own immune system works better; our emotional resilience and response to stress improve.

Dr. Judith Kravitz is the co-founder of Transformational Breath®. She experienced conscious connected breathwork in the mid seventies. She incorporated her knowledge in other healing modalities, spiritual principles and metaphysics in her efforts to make it more effective, powerful and lasting for her clients. She named this new breathwork system Transformational Breath®.
