What to Expect
Sessions take place in a safe and quiet space and there is usually music to help you feel more relaxed.
Transformational Breath® is done fully clothed in a comfortable, lying down position usually with the back supported with a cushion.
Before the beginning of the session time is taken for some coaching to clarify which issue you want to address during the session. It is also important to spend some transition time immediately after the session to discuss your experience and answer any questions you might have.
At the beginning of the session your breath pattern will be observed and you will be gently guided to modify your breathing and consciously breathe Transformational Breath®.
Firm touch will be applied to various parts of the body to help open the breath and positive affirmations will be used to aid the process.
You might be asked to do certain bodily movements such as tapping hands and feet or create vocal sounds (toning).
There might be various sensations such as dry mouth, tingling, numbness, light-headedness, flash-back of memories and emotions.
Each and every Transformational Breath session is completely new and different, so, it is very important to keep an open mind and not compare sessions.
Clients are advised to come in regular intervals have 6 to 8 sessions in order to practice on their own on a regular basis.
Please, wear comfortable clothing and try not to have a heavy meal right before the session.
